To make a wine using only grapes from our district, situated in the westernmost part of the Rioja Alta, with old, low-yielding, goblet-pruned bush vines, with the aim of obtaining honest wines which respect their surroundings. Wines that can stand the test of time well and without losing any of their freshness and complexity.
