Our actions to preserve the environment allow us to produce our wines while reducing the CO2 emissions generated during various processes.
Throughout the year, we work with natural vegetative cover, which enables atmospheric CO2 to be sequestered in the soil. This process helps retain water, fix nitrogen, reduce erosion, enhance soil structure, oxygenate the soil and activate microbial flora. Additionally, it contributes to the recovery of populations of pollinating and beneficial insects. We refrain from using herbicides on our soils.
Furthermore, we hold certification as producers and processors from the Consejo de la Producción Agraria Ecológica de la Rioja (CPAER).
